About Our CEO The President and Chief Education Officer of EMSEC holds a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Sciences from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and retired with  31 years with Houston Fire Department including over 15 years as an EMS Supervisor for HFD. Capt Harrison is currently a Sr. Program Manager with UT Health Houston McGovern Medical School Emergency Medicine Department with the Mobile Simulation Training Unit program.

Why Us? Emergency Medical Services Education and Consulting has been training EMTs for over a decade, offering online instruction, face to face skills instruction and verification and high quality clinical and field intership with the Memorial Hermann Hospital System and the Houston Fire Department. We also offer late registration skills verification and Continuing Education to complete recertification.
